I bought some 1lb propane tanks at a hardware store for an LP grill unknowning that it says for propane blowtorches only (not sure if that implies to not use it with non-propane torches or to not use it for anything but propane torches). The size and threads are right, but I'm not quite sure about what's in it.
It's instructions are for torches, it has a california "causes cancer" label, and doesn't say the word "grill" on it anywhere. Not sure if I should be worried about that.
Is such propane safe for use in cooking? Or should I just hold off until I get a tank that says it's for grills?
