I bought some chicken breast(refridgerated, not frozen). I marinated the whole lot after washing in warm water and cutting into small pieces. I am planning to cook half of it now. Should I cook the whole lot instead, and freeze half of it? (since I can't use all of it within 3-4 days) ? Or is it safe to cook half of it and keep the other marinated half frozen? I am not sure the time it was left on the coutertop + warm water (around half an hour) will make it prone to bacteria.
