I marinated a pork shoulder in mojo and cooked it for Cuban sandwiches but it's flavorless.
Can I add Cuban sandwich flavor now for tonight? If so what should I marinate it in?
I made a homemade mojo that didn't penetrate the meat overnight. It had a lot of raw garlic but the meat is very tender, now that it's cooked, and I don't know about making a new batch and marinating it.
