fried onions for commercial scale

Apparently my Title might seem very un-interesting but my problem persists as I could not find the answer so far. I want to go into commercial production of fried onions but have not been able to find the right type of recipe. All the sites have given the recipe for a few servings but not on large scale. Moreover, I want to produce fried onion for cooking purposes. I hope my query is quite sufficient to make it a good question. Hope so. Awaiting your kind response.
