I'm looking to make a line of donuts that can be sold in store, meaning you can go to your local grocery store and pick up a box of donuts just like you would with potato chips or ice cream. Is there a process that can be used to make donuts on a commercial scale that preserves freshness and taste over the span of couple days? I do not have any culinary experience but I do have a passion for eating donuts so any help would be appreciated.
