Meat left out at room temp for 2 hours


I seared a 2 pound chuck roasted and then put it in my crockpot. Put vegetables on top then beef broth and covered it. Got a phone call and forgot to turn on my crockpot. The meat sat in the pot for about 2 hours without it turned on. I just turned it on for 6 hrs on high. Do you think it will be safe to eat?
