Raw Kale Recommendation


I'm trying to get more raw veggies in my diet in general and Kale is such a good one. I'm looking for a recommendation on how to prepare raw kale to where it tastes a bit more pleasing, but I'm trying to stay away from anything too sugary.


I've had some pretty good raw kale as a side dish in a Korean restaurant... though it might have been fermented.


Any recommendations are appreciated.
