how to get a stiff chocokate chip cookie dough without adding flour?


How to get a stiff cookie dough? without using less butter or more flour? I want to MAKE GOOD CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.i dont want to use lot of flour.but i want a stiff dough..i want to see clean mixing bowl when i am done. i see that commercial cookie brands mix dough in a way that,they always end up with a shiny clean bowl... i tried melting some part of the butter. adding water to flour ? i want to end up with a clean Kitchen aid mixer bowl.. do i have to activate gluten ?thank you..
