I have a question regarding a marinade that I made. It contains juice and how long will it keep in the refrigerator? I have the final marinade in a air tight glass jar.
Here are the ingredients:
6 Scotch bonnet or spicy habanero peppers (seeds and stems removed) 6 scallions (chopped) 4 cloves of garlic 1 yellow onion (chopped) 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup orange juice 3 tbsp of fresh thyme leaves 3 tbsp ground all spice 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp fresh ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper 1 tbsp kosher salt 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp ground cinnamon
